Real Time Course Transfer Guide

If you are considering transferring to Bellevue University, use our simple credit transfer search system as a guide. You will be able to see how classes at your current or former school may transfer.

The list of courses on this guide is not comprehensive; we are continually updating with more courses. Results are preliminary and subject to change upon evaluation of your official transcripts. To view how your earned credits may transfer:

  • Find and Select the institution where you earned the credit
  • Type course code (example: ENG, PY, MATH)
  • Click search button
  • Select course
  • Click view button
  • To create and print a list of your transfer credit, select "Add to my list"

Note: Credits accepted will be equivalent to semester credit earned at the transfer institution.

A transcript can be emailed securely to busrtranscripts@imsande.net or by mail. It is required to be sent directly from the issuing institution to Bellevue University's Office of the Registrar to be considered an official document. Please check with previous institution for available sending options.

Final determination of transfer credit acceptance is made by the Registrar’s Office. An official transcript from each accredited institution previously attended must be submitted before a final determination can be made on credit transfer.

Transferring credits out of Bellevue University

The transferability of credits earned at Bellevue University is at the discretion of the receiving college, university, or other educational institution. Students considering transferring to any institution should not assume that credits earned in any program of study at Bellevue University will be accepted by the receiving institution. Similarly, the ability of a degree or other academic credential earned at Bellevue University to satisfy an admission agreement of another institution is at the discretion of the receiving institution. Accreditation does not guarantee credentials or credits earned at Bellevue University will be accepted by or transferred to another institution. To minimize the risk of having to repeat coursework, students should contact the receiving institution in advance for evaluation and determination of transferability of credits and/or acceptability of degrees or other credentials earned.
